Is the cleaning included?
Yes, daily cleaning is included with clean sheets and towels every 3 nights.
Are all the bungalows at beach level?
Coco Né consists of two levels: Beach Level and Pool Level. The Pool level or pool area is at second level at an altitude of 5 meters (16 feet). To reach the beach from the pool area, you need to go down some stairs, cross a small street (wich you cannot see or hear from the pool) and cross the garden of the beach bungalows. From the stairs to the sand there are approximately 25 meters (82 feet).
Do all the bungalows have ocean view?
Yes, all the bungalows have ocean view, both those located at the beach level and those on the pool level,wich overlook the ocean from above.
Is the breakfast included? Do you have restaurant service?
We don´t have food service, each bungalow is equipped with full kitchen or kitchenet.
Do you offer Cooking personnel?
Yes, we offer the additional service of a personal cook that can also take care of the grocery shopping. The price of this service varies depending the number of people and daily meals and the arrangement is made directly with her. If you are interested, please let us know in advance to see availability and booking.
Is it a sand beach?
Yes, it is a sand beach but it has reefs on the shore where the tide pools form during the low tide. The tide changes gradually every 6 hrs, during high tide the water covers the reefs and during low tide you can see the reefs with the tide pools that give the name to the beach.
Do you give us beach towels and beach parasol?
Coco Né does not give beach towels (only bathroom towels) nor beach parasol. Regarding the beach shade we have two fixed shades on the beach with seats for our guests.
Transport to and from airports?
We can give you the information to contact the transport service according to the airport of destiny. We can arrange the transport service for customers coming from abroad who dont speak spanish.
Transports from Coco Né to town?
Usually you can find a moto taxi on the road easily, our staff can arrange the pick-up service by appointment.
Wich is the payment method?
To book we ask for a 50% advance to a Banco de Crédito (BCP) account. The remaining balance can be deposited in the same account or paid in cash or credit card at Coco Ne at the time of arrival.
